We are replacing our kitchen shortly & DH has his heart set on a white undermount sink. Due to the budget, going this option means having only one sink & no draining board. We've always had a double or at least a 1&1/2 sink with a draining board & we are always using both so I'm unsure of just getting the 1 sink. For anyone that has a single sink, are they ok to use day-to-day? Do you just put the washed dishes on the counter? Is it something you get used to or will it be a really annoying mistake?
A single basin sink would have more room, though you can't multitask it would be easier to work with one.
