    Sliminazer Also you really should not skip meals and then just have dinner, your body will need food for energy, by skipping meals your body could go into starvation mode and you will not have any luck losing weight loss, you also will slow down your metabolism. Your body requires ALL three to function properly. When you have something else to concentrate on, you are more likely to keep working out regularly. If people take time from their responsibilities to free their minds of the stresses of modern life, it follows that people should also take time for their physical health.
