We've been through the whole process dozens of times so we are well placed to advise on what you can and cant do and guide you through the planning permission and permitted development minefield. We work alongside a structural engineer to provide whatever structural information is needed. In short we arrange everything in house, one less worry. Planning Permission We will produce planning permission drawings and submit them along with the relevent forms for you. We will liaise with the planning authority throughout the planning process ensuring the best chance of permission being granted. All the time we will provide you with regular updates on your application so you are in control and fully informed at each and every stage. Building Regulation Approval
Our drawings can also be used to pass to builders so ensure you get a realistic quote for your project. (see botton of page for examples produced for our happy clients)
