I had a look through your pics, fair enough but I saw the foundation? on the drawing what grade of concrete did it say? C35? probably, they are some guys if they can mix c35 exact in a mixer. The ceiling? you will hope that they put in more screws before it was plastered? if not you will have a few cracks when it settles. If your happy with it then great but I would guess that they were the lowest quote you got?? In the pics of your rafters sitting on the top of brickwork, they have used noggins in between the rafters? I would leave them open for air flow, not unless there is still a gap but If you check your drawings it will have them without noggins in between to let air flow through the cold zone above ceiling. Maybe im totally wrong about everything and these guys are the real pros but would it be ok if I used the pics to educate our future clients on how NOT to get your extension done.
You extension is looking good. I am planning on doing exactly the same thing. I think I deleted the number you sent me with your builders number would it be possible to resend.

Hi thanks for the comments, the extension is finally done and our house has made such a difference for us. Sorry Elite Joiners but i do not give permission for my photos to be used for commercial use. Any use and i manage to find out i will be pursuing.
